Updates to the programme
We always endeavour to ensure that the information in our souvenir programme booklet is correct at the time of going to print. However, sometimes we need to make adjustments to the schedule as printed. Since our 2020 programme was originally published, the following changes have been made:
- The Backyard Music Boys will now replace John Hemming & The Jazz Lobbyists at Birmingham Markets Customer Centre at 11:00 on Saturday 17th
- The performances at Velvet Music Rooms by The Nitecrawlers on Sunday 18th will now begin at 17:00.
- The performance by Billy Thompson Trio at The Canal House on Monday 18th is regrettably cancelled
- The performances at Hotel du Vin by Alan Barnes Quartet on Tuesday 20th and Tipitina on 25th are regrettably cancelled.
- Roy Forbes will replace The Jim Dandies at St Paul’s House at 18:00 on Wednesday 21st
- The performance by John Hemming & The Jazz Lobbyists at The Canal House on Wednesday 21st is regrettably cancelled
- Alan Barnes will now be joining Alex Clarke for the live stream from Wednesbury Library at 19:00 on Wednesday 21st.
- On Thursday 22nd at 18:30 Sheila Waterfield will be performing at The Canal House
- The Jim Dandies at Milano Bar & Kitchen at 19:00 on Thursday 22nd is regrettably cancelled
- The Whiskey Brothers will now replace The Jim Dandies at Velvet Music Rooms at 18:00 on Friday 23rd
- We’ve partnered with Everyman Cinemas to bring you a showing of Ronnie’s – Opening Night at 18:00 on Friday 23rd – for more information and tickets click here
- At 21:00 on Friday 23rd you can enjoy new documentary Count Basie: Through His Own Eyes on BBC Four
- The performance on Saturday 24th at 14:30 at The Water’s Edge Bandstand, Brindleyplace is regrettably cancelled
- On Saturday 24th at 16:00 Roy Forbes Quartet will now be performing at The Canal House
- Bruce Adams Quartet will now replace The Jim Dandies on our live stream at 19:30 on Saturday 24th
- Alan Barnes & Dave Newton will replace The Jim Dandies at Birmingham Botanical Gardens at 13:00 and The Canal House at 16:00 on Sunday 25th
- The performance on Sunday 25th at 14:30 at The Water’s Edge Bandstand, Brindleyplace is regrettably cancelled
- The Melvin Hancox Band will now replace Tipitina at Velvet Music Rooms at the earlier time of 17:00 on Sunday 25th.
- At 6pm on Sunday 24th The Bull’s Head will be hosting a Salute To Spencer Davis.
- And to round off this year’s Festival, Tipitina will be performing live from their living room in Lockdown Lancashire to The Bull’s Head and our Facebook page at 19:30 on Sunday 25th.
